Initial visas from women in Russia/Ukraine to a European country.

Hi Just joined as casual member shall upgrade soon. My thoughts are to take time trying to find a suitable Russian/Ukrainian woman that seems to have common interest in me. Then I am thinking to invite her for a short holiday in a neutral place of tourism such as Greece for example (I would be paying for her trip). I am familiar with Greece and could find a suitable holiday apartment. I know many Russians/Ukrainians holiday in Greece but my question revolves around a Russian/Ukrainian obtaining a visa for independent travel i.e. not a holiday package. Is it easily possible to obtain a tourist visa without booking a holiday package? That will do for now Thank you in anticipation .... Ian
