Dear friends at Russia, I have a delicate and special question about how is the law at Russia when a person from Ukraine now with russian passport, could be in court due to a debt on master degree college. She said to me she could be arrested and for how long it would be - months, years-, when she only need a regular work near moscow ( with an average income of USD$1,200) can pay the debt of school and have a regular life. what consequences could be ??? Deportation?? Detention?? a fine ?? How can we help my friend as to have a decent work there?? She has a red diploma and in the pictures very happy among their school comrades on the gruppal picture. Does any person here could help as to find a Job?? She has a master degree with excellence on Space/Astronautics related field. Thanks for any advice, I am really worried for my dear friend to who I swear to protect and care under my own possibilities......
