I hope to visit Ukraine soon but I'm wondering which city would be best for a first time visitor?
I was originally thinking Kiev or Odessa but now I'm wondering about Lviv. I'd like to see "touristy" things and I like exploring historic sights. I've been doing my research but there is so much in Ukraine that I'd like to do/see! I'll probably only be able to stay for a week. Of course I'll be at a major disadvantage since I don't know Russian or Ukrainian. π
Meeting a contact here before my trip isn't going so well so I'm planning on exploring alone. π But that's ok, I love adventures!
So any help/advice on deciding where to go for my first trip would be appreciated!
