Find the way to live in Russia

Hello! In my last trip to Moscow and saint Petersburg with my very dear friend and business partner, I had the question why not me live in Russia. After some reflexions and the touring of saint Petersburg city, I found a way to do it. Me get into the university polytechnic of Saint Petersburg with Russian language, master degree and even PhD on Computer automation. I have been two times at Russia and people are great with me, even I run sociological test at both cities and I choose Saint Petersburg to live for at least 5/8 years. The question is about to find a property to buy and live there. Is it possible for me as a foreigner student? Thanks!! Salvador
