You know, in Russia or Ukraine needn't foreign languages. we study english or german languages usually in school. but we haven't any practice or use of a foreign language in the country. couple years gone and all skills & knowledge is lost.
Yes, we can study languages at courses. But it's money & time. For this action need serious motivation. No motivation, no reason spend money & time for languges corses.
