Aha. the law we have. but usualy this law dasent work very well.
Firstable - discriminate against women in hiring. Easy example - my friend Olesia. Couple years ago she serching job. she worked accountant and chief accountant before, have work experience in various sectors, good recommendations. i think in USA she would have been hired. But in my city HR manager in 90% of cases, it does not call back, in one office HR manager say to her that: "O, you are young, good looking, you have good chance to marry, after you'll have children, get away on maternity leave, we are not interested".
The most "fun" - women with children it's bad to. She will take sick list for care to child.
Women older 35-40 years old it bad to. Because "soon" she will retire, because this women old yet, she can not learn new working tricks.
We have anecdot at this topic:
"very hard to get a job woman. everyone wants to hire a 25 year old girl with two university degrees, with work experience not less than 5 years, and with 3 older children"
