It is one side of the story. Men also leave their countries and cities to seek better future and experience in foreign countries. For last 10 years, I have not live in my own country and keep getting experiences in better places. Ultimately, I will settle down in the best place with the best job. I could have remained in my comfort zone of my own city, but would never have progressed in life. Same thing is true for women. Some times you have to come out of your comfort zone to create a better future. We should have long term vision of our lives. And look, the global economy is changing very quickly. You never know which country will be crisis hit next. People with more global experience, skills and mobility will be able to move to better places. You have to sacrifice something today to gain lot of things in future.
Best of luck.
