Natalya, if a man is truly interested in you, and wanted to develop the relationship further, he will not hesitate to come to Tomsk to meet with you. In my opinion, the visa requirement and an unknown foreign language should not even be considered as an obstacle at all. I also met a woman from Tomsk few years ago on a different site, but I did not hesitate to come to meet her. It is not difficult to obtain the Russian visa, I also found the hotel information on internet before my arrival to Tomsk. You wrote that there is a time difference of 10 hours, so I would assume your man is from either Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa?
