Hi Lana, I should begin by saying that if you want an exact answer from someone to your question you should tell us what love means for you. This comment makes a bit of light and I have to begin by saying that receiving gifts, money or wealth provided opportunities everyone feels nice, excited even extatic and if a woman receives all that from a man other than her relative she may well confuse that with love. There might be women out there who will fall in love with their benefactors, but they are more like the exception than the rule. The only real way to tell if that's your case is if you meet another guy who gives you the same gifts, money or opportunities and thus you can check your feelings. In reality that rarely happens so answering your question I think it can if the woman doesn't know what love is and how it feels like.
