Terry, living in Russia is а legislation rollercoaster. Of course, laws like this one have slim chance to pass because it affects lives of way too many people and causes tide of public discontent... I personally already signed couple petitions and if needed will go to streets to protest. And, despite the fact that our legal system doesn't support motherhood very well...well, which country can brag about opposite really? maybe Scandinavian countries... and that's it.
