True reasons.
We have a joke: after the marriage a husband wants his wife to be the same as she was before the marriage (nice, a pleasant partner without any complaints), while a wife wants her husband to change his character (to get rid of some bad habits and to use some good habils). But men stay the same, women change their character. 😊
Sooo maybe women become irritated as their husbands don`t listen to them or men stay the same because their wives become not so nice)))so why to change something for the better if she isn`t nice any more? How to be pleasant and nice, if a man don`t listen at all???

For me the main reason - not depth, but when a person hears, understands, but don`t do the things right.
As an example: please, call me when you`ll arrive. As I would be worrying very much untill I know you are safe. - O.K. I understand and I`ll call you.
And no calls as the result.
