Well I think he can't force her do that as there are cases of unsucessful plastic surgeries connected with many health problems and getting more ugly. Lately some woman died from plastic surgery in my city. He can cautiously bring this before woman like saying if she wants to improve something about her he would cover all expenses gladly. But better is to find someone you like and accept from the beginning and don't bother about some flaws.
