In Russia nothing is provided in advance. All education each semester is paid beforehand before the studies begun. If the semester is not paid she is not allowed to enter her course. So I don't believe in this that she is in debts because of education as the service won't be provided before she paid, so there won't be debts. Concerning the work, it is true there is no job for people who don't have relatives or close acquaintances in the business where person wants to work. In this nobody especially in internet will help. Concerning her education looks like such education is not needed in russia. All you can do is go to russia, get married to her, bring her to your country and give her job in your business.
