Glen, women under 30's don't reply to a wink or a letter not because they 'have very little manners or common decency' but because the winks and letters are sent by the man who is 20 years older than they. Frankly speaking those ladies are decent. The situation is much worse when young women start playing cat-and-mouse with the old daddies.
