She only banks with Gazprombank with assets of 550 billion rubles part owned by Russia governmant and part owned by the biggest gas company in the world so you'd not expect them to act normal having looked further into there profile there a land bank something I know quite allot about being a land bank speculator allong with my family they lend out at high interest rates and pay savers much less they've been in business 27 years and have solid accounts and trading figures it's not like Ukraine where banks are folding every minute if you work in a closed town rich due to the presence of this huge company I'm surprised in such a stupid statement so I myself question this and many things also great reply
