I think as in all relationships you must take this individual as an individual, and not categorize the man as a polish man. Yes, customs, traits, and background color his personality, but if you have good or bad experience of an individual it does not classify the whole ethnic diverse people of whatever country you are speaking with. Take time to get to know him, and if he demonstrates actions and deeds which do not meet to your standards.. move on.
