To be honest with you, with your requirements your chances are close to zero. According to your profile you are looking for a woman who would be in her 20th or 30th, and you want to have children. It means, you are looking for the age difference 41-24 years (as your age range requirement is 23-40)... Honestly, I just doubt that a woman younger than 40 years old would like to have children with a man of your age. My advise to you please, be realistic, and start looking for a woman close to your age.
