As for your question who gets paid and who pays, as I said before, girls do not pay anything - they receive the money for letters that men open; or, to be specific, the agencies get the money and girls receive commissions. This is a well developed dating scum business in Russia and Ukraine today.

Why would men be interested to pay money to open letters from girls? The answer is obvious - this is the only way for them to receive many letters about love from girls who are 30 or even 40 years younger than they are 😊. Obviously, men enjoy the idea that such young girls LOVE them 😊😊.
