Most of the women, also many of the most beautiful ones, never finds their Man.
Even though some of them have profiles, on multiple dating sites, for years and years.

As an example, I met with, and spent a weekend together with, a very nice and beautiful 37 old.

In these countries, it's very popular, and relatively cheap, to do a photo session, for having beautiful photos.
But it would be unreasonable, to expect the ladies, to have new photos "every year".
