For my opinion a meeting in a neutral zone is the worst possible solution. I refuse it forever. I only did it with a woman fron Latvia, pecause I did not know this country and I shell never repeat this error. It's an uneuseful lost of money and time to meet a woman in a third city for a weekend or similar. An enormous stupidness.
I'm living in Europe, not in Nigeria or in Congo! And I need for an european language speaking woman, who has not fear to travel to Europe.
Neutral where? I live in Europe and a woman has to see my life to know me! I Europe or in USA a woman is more protected then i Russia by more severe laws, even more in Ukraine. So, this is a nonsense.
