I explain to you better: in the man there are two components. One rational and one instintual. All the rest do not exist: heart, soul and other stupidness. All human acts have a percent of instints and another per cent of reason.
What they call "soul" is inconscious, a part of instinctual personality. Freud says that, not I! Darwin says all is determined by instinct of species propagation and evolution. In that way reason tries to ride the instinct to see who is best suited to coupling and propagating your chromosomes.
