Some adding for your comment. This is true for Europe. As for USA the laws about immigration are changing all the time, staying more and more firm. I read about new laws in Yahoo news and get letters to my email from Russian Forum. So your proposition isn't valid for USA now, after new laws. Every person who plans to visit USA and stay here firstly needs to know all these new laws and rules.
