You're saying 2 very different things and you need to clarify...
on one hand you're saying you don't like casual sex which is fine, not everybody is wired to want that. Lots maybe most people prefer an emotional connection before getting physical, that is normal and there is nothing wrong with waiting til you're comfortable.
Then you said I'm not a fan of sex...that is very different from I need to feel like I'm with the right person. That sounds more like even with the perfect person you'd rather not have sex. You also need to distinguish if you just have a low sex drive or if you really dislike sex....if you have a low sex drive you can likely find a match out there, there are guys with low sex drives, there's a lid for every pot as they say but if you'd rather not have sex...that's a problem...Women can feel affection thru many avenues, sex just being one of them, an important one but just one of them, for most guys it leads the list. We want to be shown connection and affection in other ways to but for most of us if you're going to slack anywhere sex is the last on the list.
