So Ekaterina, you look for topics to talk about and some inputs on this from men ?
Since I am quite open-minded and I speak what is on my mind, I never really had any issues with being numb at a first date when it comes to talking. As the man I am I would not have a problem taking the lead or initiative to start a talk. I would start by telling a little about myself, background, interests and perhaps get to a topic that is important for her to know about sooner or later (things that we did not talk about earlier) Talk about your dreams and what you would like of the future and find out what common interrests you might have or not.
I would expect the woman to do basically the same on a first date but the experience from my last date did NOT go like this at all. I ended up with a woman completely numb and silent 99% of the time. I wonder if she expected me just to stare her in the eyes and smile? She just told me the day after that I talk too much. I think that when time is short (3 days visit for me) you need to advance and maybe talk more than you would if you were going to spend lots of time together. Maybe sometimes the man should just be silent and let the woman talk (like they usually do a lot with their female friends 😀... But if the woman is dead silent what then ? The reason I post here on the forum is that I too am VERY curious to know what women expect on a first date when it comes to talk and finding topics and what they don't like to talk or hear about.
