First of all, to send money anywhere. all you have to do is use Western Union and in some cases other services also work fine such as a money card but if I were you, I would make sure where the money is going because this place is ridden with scammers, people who tell you that they will come if you send money and they never do.  The best way to do, ir report to the agency here who know all about that.

And then, just make sure you get what you are asking for without any constraints.
