I would not generalize Russian (or any) women in such a way. You can find "gold diggers" in any country so I would say you're just having a bit of bad luck or you're looking for love in the wrong places.

That being said, financial stability is important to everybody and I think it's a fair discussion to have, especially with international relationships. It seems the majority of the time, the woman will go to the man's home country. Why should she leave her home, friends, family, country, and culture to fly around the world and live in poverty? True love and respect are the foundations for a successful relationship/marriage but neither pay the bills or put food on the table. Money is a legitimate concern.

So I guess I'm just trying to say, don't lump all Russian women into "that" category and keep searching! Already being in Russia, you have a major advantage over the rest of us. 😊
