Hi Elena. Thank you for your comments and for pointing out my profile error. I had intended from 40, not 30 and corrected it.

Elena I am a psychologist by training and a social worker by trade now working in child protection/child welfare/permanency. My opinions are based upon empirical data not general information which is often misleading. Also I made the assumption in my discourse that both parties were interested in a permanent relationship instead of playing games or just a fling or vacation partner.

As to what "right reasons" can there be? It is for that couple to decide, but I suspect happiness will play a large role.
