I had a former wife from Ukraine who came to America with her little daughter. I did not need to adopt the daughter to marry the mother. I really loved the daughter also and wanted to adopt her later, but my wife went back to Ukraine before that happened. When you travel to the other country, you just have the daughter travel on the mother's visa. It was not a problem from Ukraine to USA.
2-My former wife did not speak very much english when she came to America, but with a lot of patience and translation dictionaries, we were able to communicate okay. If a man does not want to take the time to help you communicate and he expects you to know english before you meet him, then he is selfish, and he is not the right type of man that you want to spend the rest of your life with.
