As you can see cheapest apartments 31 square meters (333 square feet) now is about 50.000USD(and they are two times cheaper now in dollars, than 2 years ago, because of the currency rate). Apartments for this price requires much remodelling usually and not very comfortable.. Comfortable apartment not far from subway station now is about 75.000 USD and still not very big - 40 square meters (431 square feet).
