Here is my steamed fish with green beans and broccoli.
If I cook only for me I do not add any spices or salt to this fish especially, because I like all natural flavors now.
But this time I added all that seasoning you can see on the picture below and soy sauce. So if you do not want seasoning, you just put ingridients on a steam cooker and cook it... about 10 minutes. If not - open a lid and add a seasoning in the middle of the process, when your fish half done. Your healthy, very nutritious but low in calories meal is ready in 10-15 minutes =)
