Oohh , very very sorry to hear your story.Now I cannot make a decision and say , who is/was right and who was wrong.

In a relation this is Always a difficult issue (because we were not there - only the 2 of you)

When you still live in Danmark , you can try to find some legal assistence there.If you were married there , you probably must start there , when you want to take this to a court.

But there can be others , who live there ,and may be able to help you a bit further.
Personally I feel that he must take his responsibility for you and your daughter -

But that may be easier said than done.

Still I hope that you will have it settled soon in court.
