It is all a matter of priorities. If the priority is on his woman, than all can go well. If the priority is on himself, then it can only be a disaster. I made a horrible mistake when my girlfriend last visited to me. I would give anything to repair what happened. I did not even realize that I was being selfish. It was quite unconscious. Now that I realize my mistake, I hope I can learn from this to be better in the future.
