Sorry for the negative comment,s but it is my opinion: not learning the language of your woman is selfish.
You may never go there again or never need to speak it, if the woman learns the man's language.
But frankly, it is more romantic to the woman to hear, "Я люблю тебя очень сильно, моя милашкa!" than in English or Italian or German or any other language.
As I said before, learning the woman's language is not about efficiency or about difficulty. To me it is a matter of respect. And wanting to know my woman on every level. She is a Russian / Ukrainian woman and I want her to remain that.
