If the man invited, then he should pay. This is without question. If the woman asked to come and wanted the man to pay, there is concern of the fraud. The man then can offer to come to her. if the man invited, but did not make arrangements and he is a good, kind man, he may need a small education on the facts. Personally, I think the man should visit in her country first. Will have a better understanding of the life, the culture, and everything.
