I don't pay much attention to age in general. I've had amazing conversations with older women who benefit from the years of experience and the confidence to speak her mind as well as those half my age who are mentally and emotionally mature beyond their years. The issue is that I have hopes of finding someone with whom I can have children, so my search is for someone of a safe child-bearing age group. That's not to say that I would refuse someone my age or older if we have a great connection, but for now my thoughts are on a future family.
