A man has to be sincere and should follow his heart, he must make a decision, talking too 800 women is rediculious just wasting time, have to be talking to 2 or 3 at the most and make a decision. I don't think a lot of men who come on this site have the financial capability to come and meet the person they are talking to or have them visit them. I believe in a lot of conversation with the same woman, you are correct, there are many wonderful women in your country or eastern europe, most are honest and sincere about their intentions, and some just want to use people for money.
