Decent fathers teach their sons to respect a woman. Nothing to do with "weaker gender", just a simple courtesy. Of course there are those men and boys without proper (or no) instruction; when they showed up to date my stepdaughter, I was always willing to teach the young man. 😊

This is one way to discover how a man treats a woman; if he does not treat you with respect before you are married, do you think he will suddenly become polite and courteous after you marry him!? Eastern Europe is full of nice soft couches containing these types of men! Respect must be taught in the home; should be a normal part of life.
