Dear David, let me turn the word "greedy" to the opposite word "generosity" and make my definition of that.
For me it is when woman set the tone of emotional generosity and understanding in relationship and men do everything in his power to give back in return.That makes relationships work. To give without waiting something back encourage other people gove way more back. Instead of trying to limit yourself with some 'signal' words or red flags, to protect yourself from the bad experience, we should encourage ourselves to do everything to get good experience.So, from my point of view, if you open your mind to woman and treat her properly, you will be rewarded far more than expected.
